Dave Frey is EVP of PromoPoint Marketing, a wholly owned Marketing Services business unit of Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM)
Dave began his career at Procter and Gamble where, after almost a decade, he built a foundation of industry specific skills based on a highly recognized classical training approach. He applied his experience at PepsiCo for the next decade progressing from a Field Director of Marketing to Vice President and General Manager of two sales and bottling operations.
After joining ASM in 2001, Dave played a founding role in the start-up and development of the present day business model known as PromoPoint Marketing. After organically building the Southeast business, Dave was promoted in 2005 to develop and manage the PromoPoint business nationally.
During Dave’s tenure, he utilized industry knowledge to develop marketing concepts retailers and consumer package goods companies alike would embrace. Core to PromoPoint’s business are two retailer-based consumer platforms consisting of Value/Thrift and Health and Wellness. PromoPoint executes 100 retailer specific multi-branded programs annually with more than 500 consumer brands participating monthly throughout the U.S.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Organization Behavior from Rider University.

John Reardon has over 30 years experience in the grocery industry. Starting as a pharmaceutical sales rep for Warner Lambert, John gained increasing responsibility in both sales and marketing. Over the years, he has worked for major CPG companies to include: Warner Lambert, Beech-Nut Nutrition, Revlon, and Colgate Palmolive. John held previous position titles of Market Research Analyst, Product Manager, Director of Business Development, National Sales Manager, and President of a Brokerage Company. John has worked for PromoPoint Marketing since it’s inception. John currently has national responsibility for managing and growing the Grocery Channel business.

Gene Mahoney has over 30 years experience in various aspects of the grocery industry beginning his career working in retail supermarkets. After graduating from Boston College, he joined the Advantage Sales & Marketing Company moving through positions in retail, customer sales, market management, and national client team leadership. Throughout these roles he has been a major contributor to strategy development and customer interaction in the placement of vehicles targeting brand and retailer share growth. Currently, Gene is responsible for the growth and development of the East coast grocery Channel.

Scott Bosch is Director of Marketing for PromoPoint. The Campbell Soup Company is where Scott started his career. During his 6 years there, he gained extensive knowledge about grocery retailers and learned how to position brands to drive sales. For the next 3 years, Scott utilized his experience to provide brand solutions while at Valassis Communications. From there, he earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and then joined PromoPoint Marketing.
Scott has been working with retailers and brands for the past 8 years to develop consumer marketing programs that deliver results. Currently, he works closely with Publix Supermarkets and leads our Client Solutions team.
